"Very disappointed. I’ve been using this pharm for years. Up until recently been great. They changed tube size smaller rx. Never communicated regarding. I phoned last week, and they explained now had to be in smaller tube. They will send me a larger size however have to make some changes. They said they would send it out and charged my card that was last week now I’m told I won’t get the rx until next week. Again no communication. They haven’t even started the rx however they have charged me. The rep I was speaking with acted like she could care less. Perhaps they are short staffed. If that is the case this not only impacts staff but also the customer. Customer service is not a top priority for Belmar Pharmacy. ."

"Do yourself a favor...FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!! It doesn't seem to matter how far in advance I request refills of my compounded HRT, Belmar just can't get me the medication I need. I should probably submit the refill the day I receive the meds! This time really takes the cake...I started to get smart and order WAY in advance and lo and behold here I am 4 days since I ran out and when I called to get a status I was told it is taking THREE BUSINESS WEEKS to compound a medication!! and I am only 1 week through the queue. No idea how that happened since I placed the order closed to 3 weeks ago but welcome to Belmar!!!! My doctor only uses them so I am apparently SOL. If you have another choice, PLEASE choose anyone but Belmar!"

"I have had a terrible time with them EVERY time I have to get my prescription filled. Every month it is a hassle to get my prescription filled no matter how much notice I give them in advance it's not enough. I am on HRT and sure enough I have to go off of it EVERY month for days or more because it takes them that long to fill the prescription. As soon as I get my prescription I should call in for the next month, because that's about how long it will take. And that would probably still not be enough time. It's ALWAYS something. I hate that this is the only place my doctor has for me to go to get this prescription. They are nice, but terrible service. Super frustrating... always!"

"The best compounding pharmacy I’ve used! I had to mail in my prescription to them from my doc. I was getting worried they didn’t receive it as I was getting very low on my medication. They are always very prompt sending texts and emails when it is processed. I called and they literally just received the prescription I mailed 2 1/2 weeks ago! They were amazing!! He first put it in for priority status since I didn’t have many left and then transferred me to the pharmacist to discuss my concerns. Michelle was polite and understood my concerns. She came up with a plan with how many I had left in case I ran out. Then she took the time to fill it right then and there so it would be shipped out that day instead of the normal 5 days!! I am so grateful I will receive it before I run out. She was so accommodating to my plight and set my mind ease! From customer service to the pharmacist they were all top notch, Thank you!!!!"
