"I would not advise using this insurance company go to progressive. What I experienced here was incredible. I was paying really good rate on one of my vehicles. I then bought a new vehicle and my car payment went up by $400. I went over to progressive and it was 300% less. I asked them if they made a mistake and they said they don’t make mistakes but to be paying substantially more when a competitor has a reasonable price just doesn’t make sense. They kept on telling me that they would look into it and contact this manager and that manager, but nothing ever happened. This company will take you for everything you have and make you think that you’re the problem. The first thing they’ll tell you is “it’s the system” and “ we have no control over what it does”"

"I think it's pretty ridiculous that lunch is taking so late 4:15 to 5:15 the sign says on the door! Lunch should be taken a lot earlier I don't have time to wait and got things to do including an entire trip back to thornton, left work early just to make it here to pay and now I have to wait 30 minutes."

"This company/location is as big a scammer as it’s own insured customers… One of their insured hit me and Fred Loya led me on for over 2 months claiming word for word “once the insured is deemed non-cooperative we will process the claim with payment to you, we just have to wait the 40 day period”. I ended up losing $3k of my own money and this company could give less of an interest. Wouldn’t recommend working with them ever, just a scam full of uninformed/misinforming people!"
