"ordered through the app i just want to say driver was amazing! they forgot my two drinks which i upgraded to be a large on both of them, we ordered two of the 2 taco entrees, one order they forgot the sour cream, and there was barley any chicken on one of the tacos. on the other order there was a hard white square thing found in the food. i tried to call the store multiple times and it never went through. i am a very big lover of cafe rio so sad it wasn't good tonight."
"We ordered take out an near end of the meal bit into something hard rock like. Spit it out an washed it. Looked like a small pebble. Brownish. Have no idea what it was. This is just one of many things over the years with this place. 10/10 wont be back for a long dam time if ever. Only go there for spouses benefit. So fricken livid that i wanted to go down there. But instead ill just leave this nasty review. Screen your employees, next time just might be a lawsuit."
"This is the best Cafe Rio I’ve been to in 10 years! We brought a bus load of high school girls (26) plus 4 coaches. They got us through the line in an average of 30 seconds per person, and the food was spot on. Bravo!!"
"Ordered a Fire Grilled Steak burrito just after 8pm through the app, got home and it was shredded beef. Went back now 9pm and the evening manager dude looked if they had any steak ready then said it is steak that the grill worker just shredded it for me. Wasn’t mad at the messed up order, things happen but disappointed that evening crew thinks we’re stupid or can’t tell the difference between roast beef and Steak."
"Love these guys. I’ve never had a bad experience with the place and they’ve been my first choice when it comes to eating out in Vernal for years now. Good quality food, I can always expect the same delicious meal whenever I order my favorite - Shredded Chicken Nachos with a side of queso (as seen in the photos). Pair that with a Horchata as my drink and my day has already been made. Too good for leftovers!"
