"I'm bumping my review up to 5 stars. They have earned it. The staff was friendly, attentive, and kind. This is all the more inside because they were VERY busy, which they handled with grace. My boys love the Doritos Locos Tacccos and insist on using their full name whenever they talk about them."
"Please get employees who not only can greet your customers, properly read an order, and provide hot, correct orders. Instead I got cold food and a disrespectful young man who thought laughing in my face was appropriate after I told him, I specifically asked for no lettuce on an order, which was put in myself at the self service kiosk. I will never stop here again and spend my money in an establishment who doesn't care about their customers"
"Been ordering from here a while for delivery and it’s been good up until the past couple weeks. The past 3 times I’ve ordered, something has been missing or tasted weird. Like a sour taste. This most recent order my entire cravings box was missing. I don’t even know how that happens. I’ll choose another fast food place from now on."
"I will never go to this location again. I went through the drive thru while in Vernal for the weekend and while I was paying for my food, I saw a gentleman working the front register in the lobby freaking picking/scratching the inside of his nose and then continued to work. Seriously dude, 1st of all, common courtesy, go in the bathroom or something first, and 2nd WASH YOUR HANDS AFTER! Completely disgusted. And then when I went to eat my cheesey gordita crunch, there was hardly any meat! Disappointed with this location."
"Your typical Taco Bell, generally pretty clean. Never had them get my order wrong. I hate that they only have an air dryer for your hands in the bathroom. Service is fast and as far as a fast food restaurant goes, pretty decent. Bathrooms are well stocked, always has soap and I've never seen it wrecked or anything like that. Not usually busy, not usually crowded, good location."
