"Jasmine the bartender/waitress has the worst attitude. We always have loved this chili’s until tonight. She acted like we were bugging her and rushed us through ordering. My husband’s food was not the typical yummy meal he normally gets. It had not seasoning and it was cold. We addressed it with her and she did not care. She walked off and would not get us to go boxes or the desert we wanted. She has the worst attitude I’ve ever seen. If you’re unhappy in your job then do something different. No one should ever feel like they are bothering their waitress. I’m so upset I will never step foot in that restaurant again."
"We always had a pleasant experience at this Chili's. The food is always good and we always get the 3 for me. The enchilada soup is delicious, and we use it as a dip for the chips. The burgers sometimes are dry, but last time they were so juicy and tasty. Their lemonade is also a hit or miss, sometimes it's delicious while others is very watered down. The service is ok, even when they are not that busy we don't get a refill until we ask for it or are ready to leave. Overall it's good, we definitely come back because I love their chips too much."
"Took my daughter to dinner tonight (2/16) and the server was nice but she completely forgot to put in our food order. All we got was appetizers while waiting 30 minutes for our fajitas to come, that never came!!! Everyone else around us go their fajitas, must be nice. This restaurant is definitely crossed off our return to list."
"Ordered Cajun Pasta with shrimp. Just Pasta Alfredo with NO SPICES. .. BLAND. Also had Trio Fajitas and again... just, plain BLAND and barely any sizzle and food was not hot. So, it just made our visit bland as well."
"The togo lady was really sweet but the food wasn’t good! I think this is a problem with all Chili’s restaurants. Back home it’s the same. My food was barely warm and I placed my curbside order from the parking lot of the restaurant. It took me 30 seconds to drive across the street to where I was staying and I ended up having to take it back. I’m not sure if it’s the cooks or what, but I don’t think I’ll ever eat Chili’s again! It was a waste of time & money."
