"After denying medicine three days in a row threatened to call security on me when trying to pick up a refill of medicine while on the phone with my medical provider to verify that the correct medicine was ordered which it was according to my medical provider. Also I was not holding up a line or impeding their work. Just on the line with my medical provider to try to find out why my medications were not properly ordered."

"Hi, I take back what I said, they screwed me over at the last minute and wouldn't help me. Thanks for forcing me to go through withdrawals. I wanted everything to get better for everyone, but these people threw me under the bus anyways."

"Megan and the pharmacist were amazing. I needed a transferred RX because I left my med at home while I was here on vacation. I planned to pay out of pocket but Megan went out of her way to get an override from my insurance which she in no way had to do. And the pharmacist had to hound my CVS multiple times, which again she didn’t have to do. They worked hard to fix MY original mistake of leaving my rx at home. Thank you!"

"Summer was rude and not helpful at all. After having morning sickness and being unable to eat for 3 days I was not even able to argue with her. I will never allow her to help me again. It’s too bad because everyone else I met there was so very helpful kind. The first day I started to feel bad the pharmacist talked to me about the best over the counter options and walked me to each item, and the gentleman wearing the blue smock was kind and updated my insurance for me. But summer made me feel even worse than I already did and refused to answer my questions. Her customer service was beyond poor."
