"I needed to have a tooth pulled as part of a larger amount of treatment. I was referred to Dr. Emory and I’m so thankful he was able to do it on short notice. He and his staff are so professional and caring. He explained the process and what I would feel during the procedure. He also advised what medicine I could take in the days after the procedure for pain. Amazing thing is, I felt no pain during the procedure, after the numbness wore off later that day or in the days following! I had a tooth pulled a few years ago by another dentist and had pain after it was pulled and an achy feeling in my jaw for several days. I’m so glad I was referred to Dr. Emory and highly recommend him!"

"Dr. Jack Emery was cordial, informative, and skilled in his treatment on my broken tooth with a fine outcome. His staff was also courteous & quite professional with state-of-the-art dentistry. As an aside, after my car conked out in the lot, he didn’t hesitate to come out to hook-up cables and recharge my battery—-during office hours! Exceptional, and I will definitely be returning there for all dental work. —William Allen Castle Rock, CO"

"Came back in to get a filling looked at that was did 12 months ago at this office, at the time it was done it was very half effort and rushed to be honest. To the point to when we finish it didn’t look great at all and even has a piece of red Fuzz in it still to this day. Now fast forward to today it’s already loose and about to fall out. So I come in and of-course immediately they wanna do X-rays to profit off the visit even though they have already X-rays on separated occasions in the last 15 months. Then dr Emory looks at the X-rays and is grabbing at the wrong tooth the one that they never worked on and the one that isn’t loose. I had to go explain to him which tooth it was and how it was chipped because he was so unaware to what was going on as if they make no notes they just wanna take X-rays Every-time you come so what’s the point of that. So today I had to pay for them to tell me that the work they did on my tooth a year ago was crap and that if I wanna pay more they can do more work to it this time. I really lack confidence in this place as it seems like they take no pride in there work. Also my appointment was at 2pm today I showed up at 1:55 and the doors are locked and waited a few minutes outside the door and had to call to a lady sounding surprised saying they may be on lunch and would be there shortly. Very unprofessional experience."

"Dr. Emory was extremely rude and treated me horribly. I’ve been going to that office for almost 20 years with the previous dentist who was wonderful, and since Dr Emory took it over in the last year…I’ve had a couple of health scares this year. He wanted to know why I didn’t bring a note from my doctor stating I was clear to get my teeth cleaned. I told him I was cleared, and how would I have known that I was supposed to bring a note for him? No one told me and the receptionist knew why I had to push out my appointment. He then decided to walk around the corner and say he tried to call my doctor, and that they were closed. So I said let’s call one more time, and of course they answered the phone, and I was able to get cleared from my doctor over the phone. Dr Emory wasn’t too happy about that when he was caught, making a false statement that my doctors office was closed at 2:30 on a Tuesday afternoon, The fact is he didn’t want to be bothered with it. He proceeded to start making up lies about me that I caused problems in the office and didn’t pay my bill, and I said really that’s funny…I don’t have any outstanding bills and never have, and he said no you don’t have any unpaid bills, he also proceeded to tell me that they tried to call me to come in early and fill out paperwork and that I have no Voicemail, which is also completely untrue, and I also get text messages from them, (I also take my son there and have never had a communication , issue). He then proceeded to tell me I should find a new Dentist. What he was saying made absolutely no sense…the fact is he didn’t want to treat me and he kept carrying on about his liability, and cleaning my teeth, which I completely understand, and that’s why I got cleared from my doctor to get my teeth cleaned. It wasn’t bad enough that I almost died from Sepsis and was finally able to schedule my 4 months overdue cleaning appointment. They brought me back 20 minutes late and he kept saying my time was up for my appointment because of the phone call we had to make. Well, it wasn’t up because the hygienist brought me back so late. He made me feel insignificant and like a huge burden because he had to call my doctor. Shame on you, Dr. Emory."

"I love Centennial Complete Dental. I have been going here since moving to Denver in 2021. The entire staff is incredibly friendly. They are all very punctual and I always start my appointments on time. They do a great job cleaning my teeth and taking care of their patients. I had two cavities and was terrified to get them filled because I’ve never had it done before, yet my dentist Jack did such a good job calming my nerves and making it a super easy procedure. I also had a chipped tooth that I wanted fixed for cosmetic reasons and they did such a great job!! I highly highly recommend this dentist office!"
