"I can’t speak to how the dentists are because we didn’t make it that far. I drove 50 min, took off from work and pulled my kid out from school only for me to get there and have them tell me their system is down and they aren’t taking patients. I understand that things happen but I don’t understand why they didn’t call to cancel. When I asked the lady at the front desk, she told me they can’t access phone numbers because the system is down, however the system somehow managed to send me a reminder text 1 hour prior to the appointment."
