"I’ve been going to this location for a few years now. Today I went in for a routine cleaning to be told I needed a deep clean and a scale, then needed to come every 3 months following to be sure everything is stable and looking great. They didn’t complete the cleaning today and said I needed to book with Tammy (the receptionist). Tammy gave me pricing which actually was quite reasonable, but let me know they next available appointment would be August (7 months from now). *Tammy is lovely by the way, she’s always been more than friendly and helpful. Why would you tell a patient they needed urgent care, request timely follow up, then turn around and not have availability for 7 months? Why suggest care you can’t provide? I’m not sure what the staffing/scheduling issue is here but unfortunately I have no option but to start seeing a different dentist who has more availability. Very disappointed and felt like a waste of time today. Majorly bummed."
