"My mother only receives 700 dollars per month from social security. She changed her mind about a procedure and paid them up front. She been waiting for a refund for 3 months now. How can you do this to an elder? You keep telling her it's on the way and still has not received anything. Shame on you!!"

"I had a appointment and wasn't called back for 35 minutes after arriving. The doctor talked condescending to me and more or less told me it was my fault I had a broken tooth from a wisdom tooth breaking it and to take responsibility. I had to get x-rays even though they had my old ones on file (confusing them with ones they took this appointment)and didn't even bother taking more than just 1 x-ray of my broken tooth. Overall i was charged $165 to have a unnecessary x-ray, to be belittled by the dentist, and to not have any problems solved for my efforts. To get something done i would have hadto schedule another appointment for my pulling and to schedule it they want at least half down the day you schedule."

"You can not go wrong with any dentist in town really... But I have my favorite and this is the place. They know you by name (playing the theme song into from Cheers). They know your history and are very meticulous with their procedures. Relatively painless and completed to protection. Give them a try if you have had a bad experience. "DO NOT STOP ! based on personal observations and experience over the years. horrible from front office ( rude, inexperienced, much turnover) to ruling dentist who's priority is to discuss remodeling his CO home with pts , bringing in and disciplining his white standard poodle . Shoddy work require repeat visits, going to other dentists to complete, repair work done. Relies on Native clientele who remain silent about treatment and services provided. Recommends tylenol and motrin for most extreme procedures.. Bleeds and lies to pts, private insurance companies. Needs to take his "profession" to CO but wont 'cause they wont put up with a " business " like this."

"Would not recommend to anyone who have Medicaid, which is what most Native Americans have. If you have excellent insurance, yeah! I'm sure they'd treat you better and schedule your appointments in 2-3 months time. The dentist I've assigned as my primary, gave me an option of what Medicaid does provide. She even saved my tooth and gave me a silver cap with my insurance! If you even try to call their office, they never answer. And say they've tried to call you, but never did on my phone log, so I wasn't able to confirm. So dissatisfied with this place. My new dentist is willing to fix what they did not even finish."
