"Sohee was absolutely above and beyond on her customer service. We have been traveling all day and decided to stop in for a quick bite to eat and I’ll tell you we couldn’t be happier!! We went to order honey walnut shrimp and she seen a spice from another dish in the plate and asked us to wait for fresh! That was absolutely amazing and kind! This store was fresh clean and VERY friendly! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE STOP IN!"
"It’s the details that count. We all go to Panda not for the best Chinese food, but for reliable and consistent service. I know that Panda is able to do this because at the Briargate and Superior Marketplace locations, they have always done a good job. We ordered Hot Mustard and Teriyaki sauce. It’s on the ticket. What do we see? Sweet and Sour. The photo can’t tell you that the chicken was rubbery and disappointing. Management needs to get back to a quality focus."
"The food was excellent tasting and freshly made. Everyone was very busy and seemed to know what they were doing. They appeared to have a very good system of putting together each order. I was surprised there were no mistakes."
"My first experience at this newly opened location was decent. The staff was friendly enough but definitely seems like they are still trying to get a handle on everything. The food was also only alright with the rice being a bit dried out and the dinning room could have been a bit cleaner. Overall I'm hopeful that this location will improve given more time. To offer one suggestion to the restaurant's management. It would be nice if you started offering both sweet and unsweetened tea."
