"Just waited 17 minutes for one burger that was completely cold and not even remotely worth waiting for. The people are not helpful but, rather, look completely annoyed with anyone's general existence. It's incredible that there can be 6 people working with two other people waiting for food, yet it still takes this long to get gross food and no one can show up to the counter to help you. I love Jack in the Box, but this location is awful and I'm absolutely convinced that all of the positive reviews on here are either employees or paid for."
"Most Amazing Service I have ever had at a fast food place! These people were so energetic! Awesome people! I do t even have words on how great these people were. I do t know there names but it was on a Saturday night at 9pm! Help these people out! They most definitely deserve it!"
"My family and myself visit Jack in the Box plenty of mornings. I can tell you that the customer service is awesome. So far We've never met anyone who has been difficult to deal with. Great smiles and friendly fun faces. But it can use a little pick me up with the breakfast sandwiches. I, and I feel most customers will agree that when you want breakfast..you at least want everything hit to go. Especially when you are in a rush..and gotta be somewhere fast. Things are not cheap anymore and I know the cost of living has gone up..staff is short and causes problems for business and management. But if possible..can employees try to do their best at making sure bread is hot and eggs are freshly prepared for your customers? We'd appreciate it. We as consumers also don't have a right to be rude with staff as well just because a mistake is made.. treating people the way you want to be treated is a must. Not everyone does it but it does make for a better place in the world when we can get along and be happy.. comfortable and satisfied on all ends. For the most part thank you Jack in the Box/staff. Happy Blessed New Year to each and everyone."
"Ordered the grilled garden salad. Part of the order the lettuce was yellow brown and slimmy. Per the code on the back the salad was made on 8/5 so the employee did not check the quality/freshness of the lettuce before preparing. I stopped pulling the salad apart and threw out away. The rest of the order was fine"
