"My family and I had a great experience here. It was an unplanned Saturday morning outing. I actually saw Sandy’s on DoorDash and it looked so good that we went there. When we got there, it was packed and we had to wait, but they got us in quickly! We all did the “Perfect Breakfast” where you make your own (as you can see in the picture- there's biscuits & gravy, a two-meat breakfast, and a standard one). The service was great! And their coffee is pretty great. I'd go back for the coffee and atmosphere alone :)"

"I've eaten at Sandy's a couple of times, over the years, and it's a fun place to go. This last time was during the week, which helped a LOT in managing to get in (they're a busy, successful place!). Parking is always plentiful and you typically don't have to wait too long for a table, even when they are busier. If you've read any other reviews or looked at pictures, you already know the standout characteristic: their portions are HUGE - particularly the cinnamon rolls and pancakes (and the prices very reasonable)! The decorations and vibe are very fun and interesting, too. I'll be honest: this last time, we weren't blown away by the food. The omelette was very heavy on potatoes and fairly drab-tasting and the cinnamon roll was a little dry and not overly tasty.. The frosting on the cinnamon rolls was excellent, though! The service was very attentive and the restaurant was clean and tidy (something pretty hard to maintain considering how busy they always are, I imagine!). The reason I still gave 5 stars is because it's a unique place and I think they're doing what they do right. Then, on top of it all, the fact that the owner replies to each and every review puts it over the top - that is a level of customer service you don't see often, these days!"
