"I placed a to go order for 2 French dip sandwiches on 2-14-2024. When I arrived, there was only one person waiting for their order so, I was surprised how long it took to prepare my order. When I got home and my daughter and I started to eat the French dips, we realized that first off, they forgot the mayonnaise, and secondly they had so much black pepper on the sandwich, I could not even eat mine. We have had this sandwich before and it was great... this time so disappointed."

"Had a really great time there. The Philly cheese steak tasted good, as did the Chipotle chicken. For what we were paying we were satisfied with the portion sizes. We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the large loaded fries. The store was pretty clean and the staff was so kind to bring our food to the table as it wasn't busy."

"I recently visited Capriotti's for the first time and gave it a 4-star review, primarily for their excellent service. The staff was hard at work, despite the place being pretty empty, and they were friendly, which made the experience enjoyable. However, the food quality and prices left something to be desired. The starry soda wasn't very good, and the fries were quite salty. I was a bit disappointed with the cheesesteak fries because there wasn't much cheesesteak on them; it felt more like regular fries. On the positive side, the turkey sandwich was better than what you'd find at Subway, and they used real slow-roasted turkey. However, it lacked flavor and was a bit dry, so it didn't quite match up to the taste you get at places like Jersey Mike's. I would not order it again. The prices at Capriotti's were on the high side, which made me think twice about returning. All in all, the service was great, but the food quality and prices could use some improvement."

"Good stuff! I had the Wagyu Cheesesteak and my son had the Italian sandwich. Both were really good. I’ll definitely be back to try some of their other options. The store was very clean inside, bathroom was really clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive. All thumbs up for me!"

"Capriotti's is probably my favorite sandwich shop on the east coast, so I was psyched one opened up so close to me now! The location is super clean and the staff were all very friendly. Got my favorite combo, the slaw be jo and bbq turkey salad, and they were great, the sandwich very filling with that delicious Cole slaw and Russian dressing combo, and the bbq turkey salad is sweet and tangy. This is the first location I've seen with fries, so I'm definitely going to have to come back and try those out!"
