"Such a joke for pick up. Ordered online, should be ready pretty quick. Some items ready and then some not. Called and they said oh yeah it's all ready. Go for pick up, they request that we go into the store, to confirm the order. Items picked were incorrect. Just lack of knowledge by employees. Need better training so they can get the right stuff the first time."

"I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised when I shopped today. I'm so used to having to track down help, or get the dismissive "have you looked on the app" nonsense. Mr. Kevin went out of his way to ask if I needed any help, and provided excellent and professional service. I had to go out of my way to go to this Home Depot as they had the item I was looking for and the stores near me did not. I think I'm just going to make this my regular store. Thanks guys!"
"What a horrible store!!! Their parking with trailers is non-existent! They have loading zone signs blocking the loading zone area. We parked our truck and trailer there in front of the loading zone with yellow stripes. We were told by an employee that we were in a fire lane. Fire lanes are red indicating no parking!!!! Their signs with no parking is so small you can't see it from the vehicle. If they would keep people from parking in the trailer parking spots, there would be less of an issue! Never going back to this horrible store! Lost a customer and all that we know because you don't know how to appropriately use signage or enforce it!"
