"Yet another poor experience with Lowe’s, especially this one. Out of the 6 items I was looking for through the app, 4 weren’t there. Staff sat up front by the self check out flitting and talking with guys instead of actually helping customers. This is my last time coming to a Lowe’s because I always have to make multiple stops anyways, plus the staff lack the understanding of service in customer service."
"The self check out which is all they have now. Long line. Hard time getting military discount to scan and person working more interested in chatting with people by door then the 2 other red lights for help. Poor customer service. Felt ignored"
"My husband and I spent a small fortune on cabinets, counter tops, appliances etc. for our kitchen remodel. We worked with William who was very attentive to our desires. They source out the cabinet installers. Our particular installer feels he should just come in and put down cabinets. If any minor finessing has to be done he isn't very happy about it. Our house is old and not perfect. I felt for the amount of money we spent any extra time it took to put the cabinets in was well paid for. There wasn't even anything major just a few small issues. If you want an installer to put your electric in the floor of your under the sink cabinet as pictured then this place is for you. Our contractor put enough electric line for him to cut the hole on the side but he cut it in the bottom. I'm sure he would not have done this in his own house. Lowes is great, outsourced cabinet installer...not so much. We are now spending more money to have the electric outlet moved because we have had a leak and fried the outlet twice. The cabinet installer does not care about his work or the problems it may cause you in the future."
