"I mean its a gym. Theyre open and its staffed. But its super bootleg compared to the one on woodmen that i normally go to. Smith machines are bone dry, almost no weights in sight; and I dont mean that one machine was full and the rest empty, they were all weightless. Tricep pull down clip is literally ziptied, cable machine is missing cap, stickers peeling off machines, bathroom smells like pot, paper towel machines empty, trash on the floors. Weird location forsure."

"Better than I expected. There are some very time efficient workouts, especially the yellow 30 minute full body workout which you can do in 15 minutes if it's not busy and you skip the rest stations. I bike there, then I can go hard in the timed ab and full body workout rooms, shower, bike home and feel like I've put my body through a quick and effective workout. Sometimes I do more, but 30 minutes in this gym can provide an excellent base line towards full body fitness"
