"The red headed lady has HORRIBLE customer service. She’s extremely rude and after Three attempts she still did not get our order right. They need to get better more friendly staff. It’s no wonder that location is never busy anymore. I have two children I had to feed a late dinner and my son can’t eat certain things, because of her poor customer service my son didn’t get to eat what he ordered. I’m highly disappointed and frustrated. I will NOT be spending any more money at this location. Whoever the manager is needs to reevaluate the staff."
"Service was pretty quick here in comparison to back at California. Menus were functional, payment slot was working and I even got a solid recommendation on one of their specialty drinks since there was a slight issue with a certain machine. Provided utensils needed in any situation and we all left pretty satisfied with the service!"
"So far every time we have come to this sonic it has been a great experience!! The food comes out super fast, fresh and warm and mainly the young people who work here are so polite and nice! All the other Sonics are so horrible! Definitely pleased with this location!!"
"This was the worst experience I have had at a sonic before. I ordered a basic order for pickup at 315, I showed up at 315, asked for my food, and then waited for 20 minutes. They then came out and told me they didn't have the boba for the drinks, so they hadn't made the order. They said they would make it, and after waiting another 15 minutes, during which at least 5 people got through the drive thru. After that, I got my food, and the "large" chili cheese tots I had ordered barely filled half of the box it was in, and looked like they had been sitting for 20+ minutes. This is ridiculous."
"Where our order came out rather quickly, we were disappointed in the food. My son ordered the buffalo popcorn chicken, and received bbq chicken. Threw out the cheese tots. It was just a piece of american cheese microwaved over the top, and they were all stuck together, and the oil they use to cook the fries and tots in, tasted really old. Going thru the other reviews, I am kind of suprised that nothing gets fixed with this location. Seems to be a reoccurring issue. Probably won't be going back."
