"These play places have become such a joke you literally never know what your going to get. Kinda like your food when you order macdonalds. So if you have a young kid, (2-3) this play place is perfect."

"I love McDonald's caramel ice coffee but this location never gets it right. I always go to the 92nd and Federal location closer to home. Sometimes I give the benefit of the doubt and come back here if it's close to my errands and end up disappointed every single time. I've come about 8 times in a year span and they just never get it right. Today it was missing the caramel sometimes it's missing the coffee. Sometimes it's just watery."

"I usually mind my business but I went in yesterday and these Hispanic teenagers were picking on another teenager she was of the opposite race a black girl with black and purple braids. One of the teenagers that was picking at her worked there. And they were talking loud enough for me to hear and the other teenager couldn’t hear what she was saying but she was calling the other worker over to do something and she was completely ignoring her. And you can tell the black girl knew they were talking about her she continued to work and do her job. But it made me very uncomfortable as a customer. I even whispered something to the employee that was being picked on so she would know it was okay but she tried to keep it professional and just walked off. Then my food was pink and not all the way cooked on the inside. There should’ve been a manager present to stop the bullying that was going on cause that was inappropriate and disrespectful for me as a customer so I can only imagine how the girl that they were talking about felt. And the meat was disgusting I had took two bites of it and seen it was pink on the inside. Didn’t even come back for a refund the managers and staff would’ve probably blamed the poor girl that works in the front. You can tell the people there do whatever they want too and nothing is done because the black girl would’ve been wrong if she would’ve defended herself against that other group of teenagers and I hope she did."
