"Just called here to see if the pool was open today, and how much it is to get in. Cate or Kate who answered the phone was as rude as can be- sounding beyond annoyed i called, and loathing in her “yep” responses. For that reason, i won’t be making the drive. How unfriendly, do better with your customer service."

"Thought this place was great……at first, so much so that I recommended passes as a gift for my children for Christmas. What a mistake!!! I used to be able to go in to watch my children while they played basketball or swam. Not the case anymore, but it used to never be an issue. Very rude personnel at the des to tell you so also! I reached out via email to inquire….zero response. Nobody could tell me when this changed and why. Definitely not how I’d want to run a business. Who would want to deny a parent to watch their 7 year old child in a swimming pool?? For obvious reasons, if a parent is not getting into the pool, they shouldn’t have to pay to ensure their child is safe. I don’t know a parent that would leave their child in a pool, lifeguard or not. Also, not being allowed to watch my boys play basketball without more $$$$….why not?! Definitely will not be purchasing passes again since we aren’t allowed to watch out for our child’s safety without paying even more $$$. Makes zero sense!"
"The kids enjoy going here. It's nice for a couple of hrs, but for the price I think it's not worth it. Smelled like bleach when we got to the swimming are. The employees are not very friendly mostly the front desk."
"Review based on just using the leisure pool alone. Water temp was great pretty nice facilities and they do not charge extra for non residents. My 6.5yr old & 2.5 yr old had a blast. We came about an hour before closing and it was pretty dead which is also nice."
