"I ordered the carnita burrito Supreme and silly me I was unaware that I had to double check my order. But when I got home I didn't have a burrito, the main reason why I went there in the first place. I never got a receipt and I called a total of 11 times and either someone was silencing the ringer or they just don't care about customer service. I will email them to see what can be done to rectify this situation."

"I found spit in my food.. there's no way grease is clear with bubbles in it. I'm pissed off with the customer service as well... If you don't like your job then quit. Talk about grate service right guess I should have been more clear to hold the spit.."

"I am a big fan of taco bell, and many other more sophisticated restaurants too. I just love that their price range is really affordable and this particular chicken grilled burrito, I really adore. The sauce is zesty and sweet ( not overly sweet ), there is a fair amount of chicken in there for their price and has crunchy tortillas strips. It typically only cost $2. Pair this with a spicy potato taco and you got a great lunch and for a fair price. I will review more soon!"

"My husband had ordered 4 tacos, 2 soft and two hard and a burrito and a nacho bell grande threw the drive threw, the total was 16.39 we offered to round it up for there fundraiser program to 17.00. We got our order and checked it driving back home and turned around because they forgot the two soft tacos so my husband went back threw the drive threw and went to the window explaining to the male worker and he asked for the receipt we didn't have it, we had the other food in the bag, he said he couldn't do nothing without the receipt he said he didn't see us go threw the drive threw, my husband came back to the car as we were looking for the receipt didnt find it so i told him well we still have the other food in the bag bring it to him so he knows we did order and thats tje only thing that is missing was the two soft tacos, so my husband asked for the lady that had took our order and he said she wasn't there. He was rude as my husband said he paid with his card and had the other food items in the bag he couldn't just get the two soft tacos that we did pay for or talk to the lady that did take our order. As far as the drive threw window goes the man was very rude and didn't want to even basically understand and take in consideration of believing us that there was items missing that we had paid for."

"Ordered a rather large order. It did take some time, but when we got at home, it was all correct. And it was so good. I should’ve got a photo of that ate it all. I think people complain too much and don’t give positive feedback. So great job to the crew that worked that worked October 27 at around 5:30 PM."
