"Stopped for breakfast on my way to work. The place was dead. 1 waitress on duty. Got seated quickly. Then I waited and waited. She finally took my order. Then again, I waited and waited. In the meantime, she served food to a table that showed up 10 minutes after I did. All I ordered was an omelet with hash browns. Then I waited some more.. I finally asked to get my food to go because I had to get to work. Finally, I got my togo order after 30 minutes. Ridiculous!"
"Quick friendly service. Wait staff continued to check on me, which was very nice. Music a little loud. I'd prefer no music, but it seems that everywhere one must listen to music. If there wasn't music everywhere I could listen to my own music on my phone. Food was scrumptious."
"We love Dennys. Always has great food to offer and the staff is so pleasant in each and every one. This location we were sat quickly and the waitress was very attractive. The only thing that was difficult is that the restrooms were small and their was no place to change my baby's diaper. Otherwise, great clean location."
"Ordered on Christmas Day because my wife always talked about how much she went to dennys as a kid. I walked in. The staff was first polite. THEN after immediately serving someone else coffee, another staff came over to ask if I had been helped. THEN she jumped in to help the cashier. THEN. Another staff asked if I had a take out order and they went to check on it, while the first came out and apologized but asked for 2-3 more minutes while they box it up. They used teamwork, polite communication, and promptness and especially to do that on Christmas Day was impressive when I know they wanted to be with their families. What a pleasant experience."
"Slow and only okay. We are there in the Fourth of July so it was a holiday but we arrived after 1:30 and the restaurant was fairly empty. We had three people who all ordered breakfast. Ordered quickly but the food took around forty minutes to arrive then only two people received food. It took another five minutes for the third person to get their meal. Two orders of white toast arrived and only one person ordered bread and it was wheat. My Santa Fe scramble had one slice of pepper. It was mostly potatoes and sausage. On the overdone side but I prefer overdone to underdone so it was okay."
