"Just had a terrible experience with this location. I asked for my chicken sandwich to be cooked well done, which the cashier responded “sure”. She clearly didn’t relay the message because my chicken was soggy and old. I ordered a large French fry. The box was barely full. Very disappointed. The location in 64th is much better"

"I ordered food at 10:05 and didn’t receive my food until 10:26. I only got it when I waited 5 minutes for someone to come to the front to finally talk to people in the restaurant. The person that eventually came to the counter didn’t even say thanks for your patience or anything."
"The tall young lady manager gave my family outstanding exceptional care. She immediately sent an associate from behind the counter to refill and adjust both hand sanitizers as one of them was not working. She gave us a breakfast sandwich as we neglected to add to our initial order. She took the time to take notice of our concerns as we were sitting at our table inhaling our meal and on our way to the airport. Thank you."
