"Just ate breakfast here for the first time. Ordered the Colorado loco moco. The burger was raw oozing blood. Sent back it back only to have it returned cooked but on the same blood ridden plate. My wife was drinking her water and noticed dark red lipstick on the cup, mind you she was not wearing lipstick. Waitress was very nice and comped my food. However, it didnt change my mind about not coming back here again. I hope we don't end up sick after eating here."
"Great breakfast spot with great food and huge portions at a reasonable price. I found this place on my way to Blackhawk from Denver. It's a nice little restaurant with pleasant staff and great food! I had the mountain man burrito on my way up to Blackhawk and had the chicken fried steak and eggs (pictured) on my way back from Blackhawk the next morning. Both were excellent! It was super cold and the roads weren't great so there wasn't a wait at all, but I'm not sure if this is the case usually. It seems like this place would regularly be packed on the weekends... For good reason."
"French toast was fantastic and all the food came out very quickly. We stopped by around 1030am on a Monday, there was no wait, however, they were very busy. Our server was attentive and quick!! Definitely worth the money."

"We stop by here for brunch and the wait time for 4 people was 30 mins then we’re surprised to get the text after 10 minutes that our table is ready. Got inside and seated, water and drinks were served fast but the food took about 30 minutes to be served. By 25 minutes mark our server told us it’s coming soon and thanks for being patient. After 30 minutes of waiting, food is served and huge servings of meals. Just little sad that by the way we have to eat you feel like you waited too long and hunger passed. Little salty on our opinion but the atmosphere is good with diner vibes in the middle of downtown golden. This place is one and done for us. Good to experience but not coming back."
