"If I could give this company zero stars I would. Is there a corporate number for this company? I've been trying to get my refund from them for 4 months now. Every time I call then they say "we're processing your refund" it doesn't take 4 months to process a refund. Especially when it took 30 seconds to take my money. They tell me to contact the Refund Team. But they never give me the refund team. They hang up in your face when call. & you can never speak to a supervisor. This company is a joke."

"Horrible company who takes your money for bogus reservations, never really books your flight then cancels on you the day before your flight. They don’t send your money back and I believe they sold my card information causing several fraudulent charges. I’m still fighting to get my money back 2 months later! Despicable company. "Don't use this for booking any travel plans, I booked well in advance of my departure date and had no communication from them up until I was to fly out . I went to inquire about my e ticket because I never received anything and was told it would be emailed soon. A day later and 2 days before I was to fly out I received an email stating my booking arrangements had been cancelled! No body would answer the phone, I had to scramble to book a last minute flight on a vacation I had planned over 8 months! They said they would "reimburse" me within 7-14 days and here it is over a month later and I have no reimbursement to speak of. Called them one more time only to be told it would be 7-14 days again, this company is a scam DON'T USE THEM!!"

"I paid in good faith for a flight. The airline cancelled and I requested my refund. It’s been 6 months of emails and phone calls and no one there will refund my money. They keep saying it’s coming. They are a scam and taking money from hard working people"

"DO NOT USE THIS BOOKING SERVICE! They’re a complete scam. I booked a flight for two people this week and it’s been a few days with no etickets. I called their customer service who are extremely rude and will hang up on you once you express your concerns or ask for a refund. I called the airline directly and they said no bookings were made in my name and that the flight was unfortunately now full. I’ve called numerous times to ask for my refund, but it seems like only one person works there and he keeps hanging up on me. Not once have I been rude or disrespectful to them and you can hear them muttering about how displeased they are to help you."
