Jack in the Box

"This is the 1st time I've had bad food since this Jack in the Box 1st opened. I ordered the tacos and two of them were so greasy they were inedible. The picture attached wasn't the worst one. That one was puffed up and had a pocket of grease. It was dripping everywhere! I've been getting these tacos since 1977 or so in California and these were awful! Someone missed a step or two. That was after being rushed through the ordering in the drive thru when there were no cars in line behind me. Completely disappointed!"

"Extremely friendly staff! This was my first time experience at Jack in the Box.i was not sure what to try, the entire staff was so helpful and friendly in suggesting what to order. I was very satisfied and will definitely return!!"

"What a joke. Avoid this Jack in the Box if at all possible. I just picked up supper here after a horrible day. I just wanted some good junk food after a bad day and missing lunch. I should have known when it came out so quick. I ordered a large seasoned curly fries and when I got home literally 3 minutes away they were cold and stale. They must have just taken what had been cooked long ago but there wasn't enough to fill the order so they put cold stale regular fries in the bottom of the box to make it look like a full order of curly fries. The bacon swiss burger must have also been old and just thrown in the microwave with bacon that was cooked no telling how long ago. It was like shoe leather. My wife's tacos were also extremely stale. I believe this is the worst Jack in the Box meal I have ever had. They have no quality control or desire to put out a good product. It wasn't even close to closing time so they can't use that excuse."

"Prices ring up incorrectly. Manager claims there's nothing he can do only charge the higher price than posted. Unwilling to honor posted prices. See photo"

"When we walked in everyone was all smiles! It was a hot day and we had just gotten done driving through thr mountains, and exploring so we needed a place to eat. The child had suggested this place, he wanted to try it since everyone talked about it so much. The service was great! The gentleman who took our order was very nice. Big beautiful smile on his face. We felt welcomed and comfortable. We sat at a booth to enjoy our meal in peace before hitting the road again on our explorations. The food to me was ok, I'm not a big burger fan but the child and hubby loved it. If you're in Golden Colorado, this place is a nice spot to relax, eat and plan your next adventure!"
