"Angel put meat across the sandwich then left about 2 in on one side without anything except meat. When I asked him to put the cheese olives Lettuce and tomatoes on the last two inches of the sandwich and put pickels on he moved everything then put about four times the normal amount of pickels that I had to pick off the sandwich. I will not go back."

"Employees were great. Super polite. The "new" system of getting the veggie order before my sandwich is at the veggie section is not a good idea... in my opinion. One of the best aspects of subway is I can add or subtract the veggies I like. Now they stop making the sandwich and write the veggies down. Did Subway really think this through. At least the employees were professional and polite."

"They cancelled my online order because they were out of the bread I chose. No call to ask if I'd like something else, no options. They just cancelled my order which I was picking up on my way to work. I stepped inside and was told it was cancelled and that was that. I feel like it was pretty poor customer service. The place is usually busy which is why I ordered ahead so I wouldn't be late for work. Guess I will have to find a different option in future since I can't rely on this."
