"Great theatre with recliner seats to enjoy movies. Their drinks variety is huge with a lot of sugar free options as well in a lot of flavors! They do not serve food or drinks in the auditorium though."

"I know that movie theaters took a beating during COVID and they still have some work to do to get customers back in the seats. This theater is HUGE! Reclining chairs in the theater! Picking your perfect seat online before you arrive is also good. But I have to say, the concessions definitely need some improvements. Ok, they have a bar.... interesting. Almost fast food like ordering for some food items. But the the popcorn...the popcorn was dreadful. There was like 30 tubs/bags of popcorn ready and waiting. Not so great. Mine was cold and lacked flavor. The butter from the dispenser was a trickle and didn't taste right....or was too artificial. Everything was good but the popcorn.....the POPCORN! That's one of the best things at the movie theater and you have to get it right or it's back to microwave popcorn and a rental."

"The reclining chairs are fantastic along with the smaller theater. Noon matinee to watch Oppenheimer cost five dollars each with the stubs card."

"I wanted to like it... This theater happened to be showing a movie that our normal theater didn't have, so we decided to give it a shot. The parking is free, but you have to walk quite a way to even get into the building (about half a block to a block). The tickets and concessions are more expensive here than at other theaters in town. I'm willing to overlook that as they usually have more film selections than most. The seats are the biggest issue. We sat in the red reclining seats. Each seat is about 17 or 18 inches wide. The sides of the seat are hard wood, so if you are a bigger person like me, you are going to be half sitting on the plushy part and half on the hard wood part and it will be very, very uncomfortable. I kept re-adjusting trying to get comfortable, but it was impossible. Even my boyfriend who is average sized said they were tight. If there were wider seats available, I'd be more willing to come back, but between the narrow airplane like seats and higher costs, we'll stay with our usual theater from now. It's just disappointing. I wanted to like it."

"AMC Highlands Ranch has been my go to theater for over 4 years now. For the most part I’ve always had a satisfying experience, but the last two times I’ve been to the theater it has been disgusting. Butter and popcorn on seats, trash and popcorn all over the floors, overflowing trash cans before the movie even starts, and the bathrooms are just as dirty. I confirmed with the manager that the theaters are supposed to be cleaned in between shows, but that doesn’t seem to be happening. I gave it a second chance thinking maybe it was an off day the first time, but unfortunately dirty seems to be the new norm. I shouldn’t have to clean my own seat as a guest to the theater or remind someone it needs to be cleaned. Extremely disappointed in this place and would not recommend. Not sure if this is AMC wide in the Denver area or just Highlands Ranch, but it is very unfortunate."
