"No drink cup until you get your food? Please mommy McD's can I have drink? I'm thirsty! Can't have customers drink anything before they get their food. God forbid! Even if you are dine in. Sit and wait for you food. Then wait for your coke. Then carry food and coke back up to the counter to get ketchup. Then sit back down eat now cold fries. Why? So you can save one refill? Why? Guess I'll get a refill on the way to the door and throw away as I leave, on principle!"

"Place says it closes restaurant at 11pm but at 10:15 you can’t get inside anymore. Went back during the following day and froze almost to death due to massive aircon blowing like crazy. Service forgot my cup so I had to go and get it, Big Mac was warm at best. Had to ask for ketchup as otherwise I’d eaten the fries dry. Place is small and main eating area weirdly designed. Not really practical or welcoming. Found this place below average."

"Bad customer service by manager. We went through the drive through and at the time, their system was rebooting and we had to get cash to pay. While placing our order at the drive through order menu. We were told again their system was down and only accepting cash. I mentioned to the manager that we do have cash but we ordered on the mobile app, again she said system was down. We waited 15 minutes just to tell her we had cash and she stated their system was down. And again I said I want to place my order, we have cash and we can cancel our mobile order. She huffed and had someone else take our order. By the time we got to the window they forgot to give us one of the meals we had ordered. Again the manager argued with us about 2 hamburgers. We told her we paid this much money so they need to recalculate their side. We finally got our order an hour later. Poor service by the manager. Our fries were like rubber and our burgers were just thrown together and SLOPPY..!!!!! Don’t go there around 2am."
