"When I walked in I first noticed a dead cricket on the floor so that was unappealing. Then I had placed a carry out order on the app and after waiting to the time it said it would be ready I walked up to the mobile order pickup and there was food there but it was not my reciept next to it so figured it was someone else's. After waiting 10 minutes I went back up and checked and finally just looked in the bag and saw it was mine. So of course now my food was cold. I just think there should be a way better system for the to go pickup."

"Traveling Canadian review: I wasn't supposed to be eating this kind of food tonight....so if anyone who knows me sees this..... Well..... It was so worth it! Never been to Freddy's before. Don't have them in Canada (far as I know!). The whole team here was hilarious and helpful. Honestly, the manager has a good crew working here. They made the experience fun and tasty."

"Sitting here, just left the hospital after 4 hrs with my daughter in hopes we could get dinner, pulled up behind a truck to order and no one would respond or take our order. So both of us drove to the window and sat here, 3 employees have walked by and avoided eye contact. As I type this, after almost 20 min of waiting hoping they would open the drive thru to take our order and still nothing. Heres a nice pic of one of the employees. Trash service. Absolutely despicable."

"The restaurant was impeccably clean. The crew and management where all extremely helpful. The assistant manager actually came over and helped my elderly dad when he dropped his drink. She didn't shame him was cheerful and supportive. She replaced his beverage and began to clean his mess. The atmosphere and energy there is exactly what we needed. Big thanks to the crew and management at Freddy's horizon. They made our day. We will be going back there regularly from now on."
