"Every time I come there's a line . I can see open/clean tables so I sometimes wait then discover not really worth it. Had a gift card so I thought I try again.This was the last time I come here. Waited for host he rudely told me over 10 minutes wait, again several clean open tables. Told me he had no servers. Threw the gift card in the trash as I left. UPDATE: I did reach out like corporate asked, answered their questions and was told someone from my local store would reach out. NOT didn't happen waited 2 weeks so please don't waste ur time like I did."
"Steven was absolutely awesome! I took my youth group in pretty late and Steve was happy and willing to serve a bunch of hyped up and rowdy teenagers. An awesome experience and an awesome guy! I didn't get the cooks name but he did great too! The food was delicious! If I could, I'd give this more stars!"
"We were really disappointed from the time we walked in. Asked to not sit by the window but she said it was for the servers rotation? Just had cataract surgery and didn't want to sit in the light, but we set in the light. Ordered the Chicken fried steak breakfast $17.99 and received a possessed meat patty. Sam's Club frozen quality! The cream gravy (brown) on top was so thick you could turn it upside-down and it stuck. For the money I expect a real Chicken fried steak and creamy gravy! Hash brown was a 4 x 4 square potato patty that had been kissed by the grill. Sourdough toast (one slice) came halfway through our meal. Again kissed by the toaster, more like warm bread. My wife had the eggs benedict, flavorless, cold and not what she expected. $53.67 for breakfast! Holy Cow Batman! Unfortunately I do not recommend IHOP Grand Junction at this time."
"We had an amazing server, very kind and gave us great service. The coffee was less than desirable and she comped it. The food however was really good!"
"It's fine. Expect greasy spoon style service and food. The staff looks soul sucked and shows it through their food. Over $50 for mediocre food and service for two people, it's just too expensive for the quality of food they're serving. Also the manager was irritating bossing around other employees to sweep while he sat, that is the main reason we won't be going back."
