"Usually Chick-fil-A at this location is awesome! But today I wasn’t super impressed. I understand the need to keep everything fast and efficient, but unfortunately, my order was wrong, and I was rushed out of the line so fast I couldn’t even make it right. (Note: It is extremely hard to go back inside to get it fixed due to the high traffic and limited parking spots). I ordered a shake, and received the wrong flavor, and no straw. So I couldn’t even realize it was wrong until I got home because I didn’t have a straw. I would have asked for one if I hadn’t been waved off so quickly by the traffic guy. I understand mistakes happen, but it’s frustrating when you’re paying $19 for a meal, don’t get what you ordered and are not afforded the 10 seconds needed to ask for something they forgot."
"This particular location has just not been quite up to par since the untimely passing of the previous operator - Joe Walsh in late 2023. Whoever is running the operation now needs to step up and do a better job. We see lots of employee turnover, deterioration in food/service quality and long lines. The previous, very capable, management crew seems to have been replaced with a much younger and less capable bunch. In short...it shows!"
"Have to say I’m a little underwhelmed with the new honey pepper pimento sandwich. I got 4 little jalapeños and a tiny smear of the pimento sauce. The chicken was good, as always. But disappointed because of all the hype."
"I don’t know how anyone can hate Chick-Fil-A. Even when you’re all boiled up with such a long line, it quickly disappears and you’re left with some great chicken—the reason you came!"
