"Bagels are fine, creme cheese was great, and the staff were polite. But the Restaurant was nasty!!The tables were filthy, the furniture was old ripped and needed a wipe down and the floors needed swept and mopped.We didn't dare go to the bathroom, just made our order to go and left."
"Totally agree with Michelle Z! Went to the Fruita location. Food was good but service is lacking. The guy taking our order seemed upset we even walked in, and we were the only ones there. My husband even asked him "hey man you doing okay today?" He just responded with "yeah". We will be sticking with the Einstein location in Grand Junction."
"Food was decent, came out very quickly! Not a very friendly or welcoming atmosphere, unfortunately. Everyone seemed anoid that there were customers, no one greeted anyone, said thank you, or really even spoke to us other than to point to the total. Just basic customer service really. Hope their day got better!!!"
"Dropped in for a quick breakfast while traveling through to the northland from mesa. Friendly, efficient wait staff. The bagels were toasted to perfection. Service was quick so we could get back on the road."
