I may have been contacted by this firm only a few times over the course of almost 2 years. They will charge you up front and they will make sure to send you an invoice once a month to let you now how much of your money had been taken by them for no reason, other than that don't expect them to update you or tell you what the hell is it that you are waiting for. Today I finally decided to pull my application and all of a sudden Jennifer Howard seems all worried and has come to her sense telling me "yeah we know we haven't updated you frequently and that's on us". We'll guess what? It's almost 2 years of my God damn life lady!!! You don't get to call yourself a lawyer and expect people to just let it go easily as if nothing has happened. Get me the remaining of my freaking money back! THERE ARE A BUNCH OF LIERS IN THIS SCAM FIRM NOT LAWYERS."
