"Beautiful park with long paved sidewalks great for strollers. There is a nice sized playground as well with SAND. I hate parks with mulch that give my kid splinters when they fall. So it's a win win if you have kids who want to play in sand as well. Lots of shade and great for pictures."

"This public swimming pool is well nestled into the park. Not overwhelmed by the public like other swimming parks in our county. Reason be probably is because it is a foot journey to get there from their parking lot which is difficult when having multiple little ones to usher that distance. Other than the staff was great, and atmosphere was really nice."

"I've gone to this park recently and in the past, and it's a good place. There's a ton of space for any activities you may have planned, and there's a restroom. There is also a playground, which was a good size with some equipment for your kids. Overall good experience at Monument Valley Park."

"This downtown park is situated adjacent to the "Old North End" area and Colorado College. There is a city pool, pickleball courts, demonstration gardens, and bike trails. In years gone by, this is where neighborhood kids lived in the summer."
