We were provided pricing options and decided to go with their Trust plan. There are so many factors to consider when preparing your estate and Kiera guided us through each step. As to the price, we did a lot of shopping around and we were extremely pleased with our choice both from the price point and the fact that our personalities seemed to work well together. We also liked the fact that the initial intake was in person at their Ward Rd location and subsequent meetings we did via Zoom (our preference) and signing was obviously in person. When we met to finalize and sign all the documents, RBS Law provided us instructions for our next steps and a very well-organized accordion folder with each document in its tabbed and named slot. Very professional. Throughout the process, we could always email as well, and they were always prompt in response. There was not a lot of brick-and-mortar expense built into the pricing as they use Thrive workspaces to meet in person (we met at the Ward Rd location). We finalized our documents in late August. We are writing this review now as we have just completed our "homework", per their instruction, and feel really good about it. One final acclaim is that we do not have any children and most family is out of state. We asked if they knew of anyone that could manage our estate for us when we both have passed. RBS Law recommended we use a Professional Fiduciary and gave us a name. We are now in the process of working with this entity. When we both are gone and all is liquidated, they will disburse the funds to the beneficiaries designated in our Trust. They are young, energetic and an all-female law firm. Very, very pleased."
