"Karen was great at first. Got me everything I asked for and fought for me to get custody of my daughter. My final court date was in November 2021 and I haven’t heard from her since. There is still over $600 left in my retainer fee that I paid and I have been trying to get ahold of her for months and have heard nothing. I have emailed Charissa multiple times trying to get ahold of someone and nothing. It’s really disappointing that they leave their clients in the dark about what’s going on with their firm. I would like a response and the rest of my retainment fee back so I can take it elsewhere. I am editing this review because I have been trying to reach out to Karen since January 2022 with no response. It is now nearing the end of July 2022. I am owed money from my retainment fee and would like that back. It has been impossible to get ahold of Karen. I will be filing a complaint with the Office of Attorney Regulation first thing tomorrow."
