"My mom and I have ordered online from here multiple times, and we've always enjoyed our meals. I was pleasantly surprised by the service and food when my friend and I decided to dine in. We were greeted immediately, our waiter was super nice, and our water/crab rangoon came quickly. Our sushi took some time, but I noticed they were really busy with online/delivery orders. Coming from a customer service background, I completely understand how hectic that can be. It wasn't a super long wait, to be honest, maybe 15 minutes tops. The food is reasonably priced and the drinks are pretty cheap, too. Definitely recommend this place!"
"My wife and I went there for Valentine's Day. It was one of my favorite restaurants. We got seated then two other parties got seated and were serviced right away . We had not even got water yet . I spoke to one of the waiters and asked if he was our waiter he said he wasn't sure then brought water and still didn't take our order. I felt like they didn't really care to serve us at this point we left very disappointed. I'm not going to spend 100 or more dollars for dinner for 2 with poor service . I could understand if the place was packed but it wasn't."
"Food is amazing. We've been in once before. Got take out this time and requested 3/5 spice level pad thai. It's basically as spicy as milk. Delicious, just not much spice/flavor."
"Went to have dinner with my cousin and ended up staying 2 hours. The service was great. They didn't get mad that we were there so long, laughing all loud. The cucumber salad is good, spicy edamame, and shrimp spring rolls. Had the Special Narato roll. Delicious"
"I stopped by Zen recently for a quick lunch, and I was pleasantly surprised with my visit. When I walked in, I was greeted and sat almost immediately. The atmosphere was very welcoming and enjoyable. I started out with a cup of Miso Soup and their house salad, both of which were very good! For my main meal, I ordered their Alaska roll and an order of salmon sushi. Everything was extremely delicious! The salmon seemed very fresh as well. When I go back, I'm excited to try more of their menu and what they have to offer. I definitely recommend Zen!"
