"We were looking for a place to get relatively cheap sushi and a chill atmosphere. It delivered on these desires, but I still don’t think I’ll be returning. The sushi was alright. Nothing special, the rice a bit too overbearing and sticky for my preference. We got the Shrimp Tempura, Philly, and Spider rolls. They were relatively busy and because of this our waitress hardly ever came around. We had to wait to pay for 15+ minutes after finishing our meal even after another server let our waitress know we were finished. Overall experience: not bad, not good, just meh. I think the ramen geared people had a better experience."

"Atmosphere was relaxing and in my opinion, they had plenty of seats comapred to their branch in Colorado Blvd. Though their prices are affordable, the quality of their food is superb! I ordered the chicken karaage and their miso soup as starters and the two dishes came out quite fast! I didn't have to wait long for my Salmon Bowl either! Their service and attention to their customer was awesome! The staff is quite friendly too!"
"Beef Bowl, Salmon Bowl or Chicken Curry Bowl? So hard to decide at times. I do know however that when I want a quick dine in or takeout experience for Asian food that doesn’t blow my budget, well, I go to Kokoro. I’ve been partaking here in Arvada for 22 years and prior to that at their first location in South Denver. I like that they have their original offerings and yet have kept the other menu options current with dining trends such as Ramen Bowls, Sushi Rolls, vegetarian and vegan selections. You can also have Beer, Wine or Sake as well as standard beverages. Rack up points for a free meal by joining their reward club or stop by for some Happy Hour Specials. Order at the drive through should you not have time to stop or want to take some food to family or friends. The staff is friendly, fast and kind, some have been there since this location opened in Arvada, to me that says a lot about the owners and the food. Counter, table, booth and outside seating in a no frills Asian diner that I’m sure you will find tasty and affordable. Get some today."
