"Tammy, John, and Dustin Made sure to take care of all my issues. Had an older to mid life vehicle that needed some serious preventitive upkeep on it: suspension and hubs/u joints, spark plugs, various belts, and of course an oil change. Vehicle runs like it did when I first bought it (like new). Now time to go play with it in the mountains. Will return."
"A Sunday shout out to Greg. He was welcoming and courteous when I brought a tire with a nail in it to evaluate for repair. He communicated his initial impressions without over promising and got the tire to his technicians quickly. After it was all said and done, I walked out with a nail free (thankfully it didn't go all the way through) tire back on its rim without being charged! Greg is proof customer first customer service is alive and well and I very much recommend this location because of his efforts."
"Me and my sister came in for walk in oil changes. The staff was super friendly and the woman manning the desk Tammy made sure that we were well taken care of. They got us both in and helped us plan out future maintenance for our cars respectively. I loved my experience at this Big O’s and would be willing to make the longer drive from my house to come back again. 10/10 on service for me!"
"Big O has been providing continuously good service for me over the past 2 years. I had multiple screws in one tire, and they simply replaced it for free(I did buy the full set there prior) in a very timely manner on a busy Friday nonetheless! Of course, after fixing the tire, they had numerous "issues" to address about my vehicle, but they were reasonable, and they were not pushy or rude about me not getting them done that day. I will continue to shop here for the foreseeable future."
"Took a flat tire in to get a patch. Service was quick but when I got the tire back on the car it went flat. Charged me $30 and won't refund my money. Other shops (Big O, Discount Tire) will fix a flat for free (good business). I ended up with 4 new tires from the Big O in Falcon. Great shop there. I will never go back to these guys and it left a bad taste in my mouth."
