"I had the timing done on my 2011 GMC Acadia about a year ago. Cost around 4 thousand dollars. It broke a few months later. They would not honor the warranty because I was slightly over the oil change and they told me that could have caused it to break. I finally was able to take it into a shop recently and they tell me it's $5500 to fix because when it broke it also ruined 2 valves but the worst part is..... It broke because the shop put the part on in backwards. If I had the money, I would sue but I don't and my family still won't have a vehicle."
