"Quick service and reasonably priced. Shout out to Big O. A while back I slid into a curb during a snowstorm and it threw off my alignment. Company A said they would do the tire alignment and get the steering wheel straightened out but they forgot to straighten the steering wheel. A lot of time passed between the initial service and my reaching back out about the steering wheel and so they said they'd have to charge me again. I wasn't going to pay the same provider twice for a job they didn't complete the first time so I booked an appointment online with Company B and checked the box for tire alignment on their website and described my concern. A week later when I showed up, they said they never got my appointment and they don't do tire alignments anyway. Then I called Company C who said they only do first come first served. I showed up the next day, 15 mins after store opening thinking I could beat the crowd, and was told there was already a 6-8 hour wait. I didn't have anyone that could pick me up/drop me off and I had a bunch of other stuff on my to do list that day, so that didn't work for me. As a last ditch effort, before giving up for the day, I tried Big O. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a helpful employee and it was less than 2 minutes between walking into the store to my car being taken to the back. Less than 15 minutes after that, my car was ready and the cost of the service was less than I was bracing myself for. My steering wheel was all straightened out and one of my tires that had apparently been pointing outwards slightly was adjusted. I appreciated the professionalism, quality workmanship, availability, and the value for the service. Thanks again to Big O on Camden!"

"Went in for a routine oil change. Less than a week later all my oil leaked out all over my driveway. The oil cap was installed correctly and the oil filter was over tightened so bad that it cracked and I had to go somewhere to get it fixed. Made 2 complaints on the website and still no one has returned my messages"
