"Lackluster Service Despite a promising start with reasonable pricing and a clean location, my experience at Firestone fell short of expectations. Despite having an appointment, my vehicle sat idle for 40 minutes without even being taken back into the shop for service. The lack of prompt attention to scheduled appointments significantly detracted from the overall experience."
"I went into the local Firestone store with a leak, that turned out to be a nail in the tire. The location told me it would be about and hour and half until they could look at the truck. in about 55 minutes the tire had been repaired and it was a warranty job on top of the quickness."
"I needed new tires for my RAV4. One of my tires was completely flat, and I needed to replace the other tires regardless. The gentleman at the front desk was very professional, answered all of my questions, and taught me a few things about tires. Originally, he told me my tires would be replaced and my vehicle would be ready for pick up the same day. Unfortunately, the person who was supposed to deliver my new tires to their shop didn't arrive until later that evening. However, my car was ready as soon as their shop opened the next day. So, the wait wasn't bad at all; less than 24 hours. They were very apologetic and performed some minor services free of charge to make up for the delay. It really wasn't an issue, but I genuinely appreciated them trying to make things right."
