"I'm always very leery of mechanics because of prior experiences I've had. Someone recommended Lua Auto Repair to me and I decided to give them a call. Josue answered and I explained what was going on with my car. He assured me he would get me taken care of, and he absolutely did! Not only did he go completely out of his way to help me out and make sure my car got to his shop, he replaced my alternator the next morning at a significantly lower cost than what I was quoted elsewhere! He thoroughly tested it to make sure the problem was fixed so that I wouldn't have any other issues. He again went out of his way to make sure I got my car back so that I didn't have to take an Uber to get it. His genuine kindness and care was a true blessing to me, and now he's won a repeat customer. I will be going back to Lua for my future car repair needs! He didn't try to upsell or push anything on me as many mechanics do. Thank you, Josue for the great job you do!"
