"My 2002 Mazda had a problem with the air bag light blinking constantly. I had taken her to two shops before I took to Lighthouse. Neither of the two shops could get a diagnostic read and the second shop was an overall bad experience with a rude and childish service guy. I was going to just leave it as is but felt unsafe driving. I found Lighthouse Automotive on Google and called to ask if they might be able to help. I spoke with Kevin who was very nice over the phone and he took some time to try and understand what might be going on and he also had an idea about what the code meant that the light was flashing. When I brought my car in I was greeted by Rylan who was very polite and engaging. Their machine was unable to get a reading as well, but Kevin decided to check some wiring under the seat and he found some issue with that so he worked on the wiring and drove around for several miles to make sure that was the fix. So far, so good...no more blinking light and I feel safer driving now. I am very happy with these guys and I will be bringing my business to them in the future.
