"This place honestly should be your last resort because these guys basically have no idea what they're doing. Very poor communication on their part - if you want to know how the repair status is going and even if you want them to actually start working on your car, you have to literally go in every other day and hound them. I brought my car in early November of last year and didn't get it back until mid-January even though I was supposed to get it back early December. Additionally, the repairs and replacements were all very low quality - my car is red and the entire hood replacement is black, the seat belt replacement is old, dirty, and doesn't pull back up on its own, and the external lock sound of the car is gone. I'd actually be fine with these changes if they didn't wait to communicate at all with me about anything until the car was ready. Not cool! I understand that these guys are busy, but if you're going to run an auto shop the right way, you absolutely have got to make the time to communicate with your customers about what you're doing to their car... which I know for a fact they can do, since Terry himself was standing at the front desk doing nothing when I came in. Do better or close down, because this isn't the way to run a business."

"Aight. 5 stars. I just wanted them to bend the radiator bar thingy I messed up & told em my budget. They went way under that budget number by around 900$, bent my radiator support bar back, put in a new radiator, & fixed my front bumper & wheel well thingy from an accident I had not related to the bent thing under the radiator. They might have done more, I still gotta look at the itemized bill. Took a bit but with the weather what it was they were flooded with insurance claims from that for a bit post snow & ice, but after seeing their work it was well worth the wait. I'd give em 6 stars if I could & got recommended to them from David at Honest & Accurate. Heads up though, it's like 3 dudes running the shop so it's better to text them than call for updates since when they say they're slammed/busy they actually mean it. Seriously though, they do good work & if your reading this questioning whether you should use them or not, I personally say do it. If me getting recommended to them by Honest & Accurate ain't good enough for ya, well sorry I didn't take before & after pics. Cus it's night & day. Those would have definitely helped convince you Edit: typo & since I'm here, I wrote a review to get others to use this shop because I like em after what they did for me. If that don't scream quality work to you I don't know what does."

"This place is great! I wrecked my Subaru into a curb but they repaired it good as new! They also found a radiator leak and replaced that for me as well. My whole family goes to them too! It’s a great family owned small business and they are honest. They won’t rip you off. They really, genuinely, just want to help - for them, it isn’t about sucking money from people. Amazing shop!!"
