I've sent business your way for a couple of months now, And the quality of work has steadily declined. I'm not sure who your apprentices are, but perhaps it is wise to send them through training once again. Furthermore, You may consider drug testing them, As i cant imagine working with heavy materials such as vehicles, while under the influence of drugs, is wise to allow.
