"This dealership is scummy. Had to take my escape in due to a hole in the small block. It was a gold certified car and and under 53,000 miles. They kept changing the date of when the car was going to be done. They never reimbursed me for my tow or for the rental car I had to get. Fast forward to a few months after I got the car back, the motor blows again. The mechanic was not up to standard, either they mixed the coolant incorrectly and it froze or they never bled the system of air. Customer service was a solid 0 from both Ford and Phil Long. Stay away from anything affiliated with Phil long."
"I had some warranty issues with my new Mustang that I bought from Phil Long. My entire backseat had to be re-ordered because the replacement seat had some damages to it. Looked like it was cut by a knife (maybe unboxing) so I was surprised that the service tech installing it did not mention anything which was pretty shady IMO. Probably thought that I wouldn’t notice it because my interior was black but good thing I checked. I told my service advisor, Lina and she made it right instantly. She made sure that my service experience was top notch by re-ordering the entire seat and keeping me notified of any changes. When the new seat arrived, she contacted me right away to schedule the service and was very flexible with my limited schedule. Needless to say I definitely will be taking my car back to her for all future services because of the 5 star customer service experience she gave me."

"I cannot say enough good things about Phil Long. I needed a part and with the UAW it didn't look good. Raresh(sorry for the misspelling) went above and beyond to get the part and then get it fixed.
