"Sad to say, but we have not had a good experience with this shop. They rebuilt our transmission n our truck over a year ago. In August of 2023, our transmission started having trouble. We took it back to them, and each time they said nothing was wrong. Maybe we were driving it differently (that was a bit offensive). We took the truck back 4 times, and each time nothing was done to fix the problem. We finally had to have our neighbor figure out the problem with the transmission, so we took it back here and told them the issue. They said they would rebuild us another transmission and were ordering the core from back east. That was well before Christmas 2023. We have heard nothing from them since. We called yesterday and today for an update, and they don't have any. They sure seem reluctant to honor their warranty and make this right. The only reason we keep going back is because the transmission is under warranty and we shouldn't have to pay a new shop for a working transmission. It is unacceptable to let this go on since August 2023, and we still cannot drive our truck!"

"This shop is one of a kind... They didn't do any work for me as I do my own but I was lost on my 45rfe called this shop to pick there brain and most places will straight up say they can't help endless they know what's going on or will just say they cant help. Not this place the man I talked to on the phone gave me some very good tips and even called me back a few minutes later to Worn me on what could happen if I didn't drop the valve body correctly. That kind of service is unheard-of of if anyone needs any work done I will highly recommend this place to anyone. Thanks guys she shifts like a dream."
