"This was my first visit to this location and I would not recommend and will not return. I was quoted one price for the service when I scheduled my appointment. When I arrived, was quoted a price that was more than double. They attempted to have me sign an estimate that included 2 sets of front brakes and tried to charge just under $2000 for unnecessary repairs."
"Be careful with this service center. I took my Q7 in for an oil consumption evaluation because it was burning oil. $3000 later, my car was consuming MORE oil. I called to book another service and a loaner. When I showed up for the service, they did not have a loaner nd said I had not booked it. I am a professional in a detail oriented job and personally spoke to the service agent to book the loaner. I had to book another day and wasted time trying to drop off my car. I am stuck taking it there because I am $3000 in the hole. I am shocked at their lack of accountability."
"Convenient location, friendly staff. I went in for a recall, this is my first time to a dealership in over 10 years. Not only did they take care of the recall but gave me a better price on the water pump replacement that was quoted to me at a local shop down the street. The tech did a video on my car and showed me a few other items that will need to be addressed in the future. He told me they can check them next time I come in for a service to see if we need to make any repairs at that point. I love the transparency and helping me to budget for a future repair."
